The Public Health National Center for Innovations (PHNCI) with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) created a roadmap to help public health departments move into work on equity in health. This roadmap is called the Moving into Equity: The Public Health Journey. This resource recognizes that different public health departments (and individuals) have different starting points and works to support development in competency over time. Additionally, this resource provides information on existing resources available for health equity.
