Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate Program

The University of Minnesota Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) Certificate Program is announcing open enrollment for the IECMH certificate program.   The new IECMH cohort will begin in Fall, 2014.  The 2-year certificate offers an intensive, interdisciplinary post-baccalaureate training program for professionals and students in mental health, health, education, and early care. It is designed to enhance the understanding of infant and early childhood mental health and promote the skills necessary to support the social emotional development of children aged birth to five. Coursework involves a series of day-long, in-person sessions each month during the fall, spring, and summer.  Students may enroll for academic credit or CEUs.
