American Water Resources Association (AWRA) Summer Specialty Conference, June 2017
The theme of this year’s conference is “Climate Change Solutions: Collaborative Science, Policy and Planning for Sustainable Water Management.” The conference focuses on encouraging collaboration between water, climate and social scientists, water managers, policy makers, and other stakeholders to create effective solutions and strategies to manage and protect water supplies in a changing climate. Two workshops will be offered, “”Informed Risk Management: Managing Risk by Stimulating Climate Uncertainty in Water Management Models” and “Tools for Water Data Discovery: Publication and Collaboration.” The conference will be held at the Sheraton Tysons Hotel outside of DC on June 25 – June 28, 2017. National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) Annual Education Conference, July 2017
The multi-day conference offers educational sessions following 22 tracks, including climate change, sustainability, technology and environment, and emerging environmental health issues. Soil and Water Conservation Society (SWCS) International Annual Conference, July-August 2017
The conference focuses on encouraging collaboration between professionals in soil and water conservation to better respond to increasing demands on soil resources and water supply. Minnesota Water Resources Conference, October 2017

American Public Health Association Annual (APHA) Meeting and Expo, November 2017
Climate change is the topic of 2017 for APHA. The annual conference, held in Atlanta, GA on November 4-8, 2017 will unite the public health community around climate change and its impact on health and ways to effectively respond to protect and sustain the nation’s health.
