What makes you passionate about this work?

“I am a social and MCH epidemiologist, with particular interests in health equity in MCH populations. Much of my work focuses on the role of structural inequality as a driver of health inequities, and unfortunately the ‘justice’ system in the U.S. is too often a replicator and amplifier of inequity.”
