Please see the below important dates and deadlines and add them to your calendars.
2025-2026
Supervisors: Please make sure to incorporate your own institution’s paperwork and anything that the students or the Center director may need to sign, in mind to ensure a prompt start date.
- Summer 2025: Job descriptions are posted and shared with current/incoming MCH students. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled. Those who qualify will be contacted for an interview by the site supervisor. Center and/or site HR and payroll paperwork completed by students, supervisor and Center director
- August 25, 2025: Center RA start date
- September 2, 2025: Fall semester begins
- September 15, 2025: Student deployment start date
- December 12-18, 2025: Finals week/End of fall semester
- December 19, 2025: Winter break begins (All Center-funded students should plan to continue their work during break, and/or adjust their hours for any time off)
- January 20, 2026: Spring semester begins
- March 9-13, 2026: Spring break (Center-funded students should plan to continue their work as usual or adjust their hours before/after if they take time away)
- May 13, 2026: Spring semester ends (Center-funded students should continue working until May 25, 2026, when their position ends)
- May 24, 2026: 2025-2026 student deployment and RA end date (all positions)
