2024-2025
Supervisors: Please make sure to incorporate your own institution’s paperwork and anything that the students or the Center director may need to sign, in mind to ensure a prompt start date.
- May 26, 2024: 2023-2024 student deployment and RA end date (all positions)
- Spring 2024: Job descriptions are posted and shared with current/incoming MCH students
- Summer 2024: Applications will be accepted until positions are filled. Those who qualify will be contacted for an interview by the site supervisor. Center and/or site HR and payroll paperwork completed by students, supervisor and Center director
- August 28, 2024: Center RA start date
- September 3, 2024: Fall semester begins
- September 9, 2024: Student deployment start date
- December 11-19, 2024: Finals week
- December 19, 2024: Winter break begins (Center-funded students should plan to continue their work during break, and/or adjust their hours for any time off)
- January 21, 2025: Spring semester begins
- March 10-14, 2025: Spring break (Center-funded students should plan to continue their work or adjust their hours for the weeks before/after if they take off)
- May 5, 2025: Last day of instruction (Center-funded students should continue working until May 26, 2025, when their position ends)
- May 25, 2025: 2024-2025 student deployment and RA end date (all positions)
