The Reproductive Health National Training Center (RHNTC) works in collaboration with the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) and the Office on Women’s Health (OWH) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health to address the needs of Title X family planning service delivery grantees and Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) grantees through training and technical assistance (TA).

The RHNTC exists to ensure that personnel working in OPA-funded Title X and TPP projects have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to deliver high-quality services and programs.
